I consider myself a boutique Broker that works with the real estate needs of my clientele. For the last 34 years, it has been a pleasure for me to help my clients to buy, refinance their homes to low historic rates, assist them trading up, investing in rental properties, vacation homes in Mexico, land and new construction luxury homes. I started selling Real Estate in San Jose in 1989 expanding my sales Market from Santa Clara County to Alameda, San Mateo, and San Joaquin Counties . I received the GRI designation(Graduate of the Realty Institute) in 1996. At the end of 1998, I became part of the International Section of the National Association of Realtors, the CIPS network which is the largest in the world. Few years later in 2006, I was awarded the CRS designation ( Certified Residential Specialist) after meeting the multi million dollar sales quota, and education requirements. I was very fortunate to earn the CLHMS designation from the Luxury Home Marketing Institute with a Million Dollar Guild Status in 2007.
