Kurt Walcott is the broker-owner of Walcott Real Estate and served as the 2010 president of the St. Croix Board of Realtors.​ ​​Kurt became licensed on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands in 1986 as a real estate agent and in 1990 as a real estate broker. He is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and has obtained his CRS designation. He has also obtained his GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR Institute). In addition to serving as president of the St. Croix Board, Kurt worked on the planning committee for the St. Croix Board of REALTORS, served on the Pro-Standards Committee for the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of REALTORS, served as Multiple Listing Chairperson (2012-2014), and was a board member of the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of REALTORS.
