She is an accomplished Manager offering 15 years of professional experience with the last eight years focused on consultancy and property management. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost-saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. She currently provides management services to nine luxurious residential and five commercial class b buildings. Sophia's dedication to her work is where her strength lies. As, with many aspects of life, she takes the initiative to complete the task both effectively and efficiently. She joined Graham Real Estate in September 2013. She trained extensively under the late Linda Eldon to learn valuable expertise in property management. Sophia is well organized and diligent in operating the day-to-day running of Graham Real Estate and the property management portfolio. Sophia was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and is bilingual, and fluent in Spanish. She utilizes such skills with persons from varying countries of the world working at her previous employer at a five-star resort as an Asst. Front Office Manager.
