Ramirez also has a couple of songs of his own entitled “Pray For Your Son” and Something in the Water.”
On the American Idol stage in Hollywood, he will perform with other contestants hoping to make it to the final rounds and become the next American Idol!
So far, season 21 of American Idol has been full of talent, and Jeverson Ramirez hasn’t fallen short of that talent.
Proud Natives
Minister of State responsible for Youth and Sports, Hon. Ron Redhead, said, “this achievement by Ramirez speaks volumes of the talents that young Grenadians possess.” He also commended the Grenadian artiste for his perseverance and zeal in pursuing his musical dreams. He said, “Ramirez is a living example that dreams come true if you remain focused.”
Minister Redhead stated, “the government will continue to push the creative arts industry as one of the areas that will identify, develop, and promote the skills and creativity that exist in the Grenadian people.”
Grenadian American media personality and actress Amanda Seales described Jeverson as “incredible,” adding, “I don’t find anybody on American Idol can even come close.”
She continued: “I have seen this man keep an entire party going for hours…his voice never gets tired. He keeps singing and singing and singing, and it gets better and better. We have to wish Jeverson the best of luck at American Idol. I just hope they don’t miss an opportunity to elevate this individual to the level of star he already is.”
All the residents of Grenada and the greater Caribbean Islands nations wish Jeversen all the luck as he journeys to the finals!
